Features:
  • Tightly braided fiberglass sleeve is completely coated with silicone resin to provide superior electrical and thermal protection.
  • Thermal Characteristics - UL/NEMA Thermal Class H (-70 to 200°C)
  • Flame Resistance - Passes UL 1441 (VW-1). Self-Extinguishing. NEMA TF-2 flame retardant
  • Available in NEMA sizes #24 (AWG) to 1". NEMA TS-1, Type 5
  • Excellent chemical resistance to: Acids, weak alkalis, esters, fungus and corona treatment
  • Dielectric Grade C: 2500V minimum average breakdown, 1500V minimum individual.
  • The coating maintains its electrical integrity—even under severe fire conditions—by forming a non-conductive ash.
  • High quality equivalent to: Ben-Har 1151-FRC, Hilec 547R, Hilec Vol-Sil Grade C, Suflex Acrylflex F

Silicone coated fiberglass braided wire protection sleeve is used for insulation of leads and connections in electrical and electronic components, including transformers, coils, relays, solenoids, etc. where temperatures range from -70℃ through +200℃.

Silicone rubber coated glass sleeving is the only flexible insulating material which remains useful for continuous service in ambient temperatures from -70℃ through +200℃, as the coating maintains its electrical integrity even under severe fire conditions by forming non-conductive ash.
